Marketplace role
BenchSure helps facilities discover and contact independent service providers. BenchSure does not itself perform certification, inspection, engineering, repair, calibration, decontamination, or compliance determinations.
Provider responsibility
Providers are solely responsible for their services, credentials, quotations, insurance, scheduling, work product, personnel, and compliance with applicable requirements.
Facility responsibility
Facilities are responsible for verifying that a selected provider, technician credentials, testing protocol, scope, insurance, and deliverables meet their requirements.
Public listings
Unless explicitly labeled otherwise, provider directory entries are public informational listings and do not imply partnership, endorsement, credential verification, or current availability.
No guarantee
BenchSure does not guarantee provider availability, pricing, qualifications, outcomes, lead volume, regulatory acceptance, or the completeness of public listing information.
